3. For large amount of orders, must be placed 2 months in advance & deposit required 1 month before the pick-up date....
4. Please transfer/bank in payment to my account (refer to details below) and email/SMS me payment details once done. Receipt of payment is required.

5. Any cancellation of orders, please do inform at least 3 days before date pick up. Otherwise NO refund on deposit.
